Jodi Duyster, AMP National Director, named as a South Australian finalist for the 2009 Telstra Business Women’s Awards

Jodi, National Director of Australian Medical Placements was one of South Australia’s 6 finalists for the Hudson private sector award in the 2009 Telstra Business Women's Awards.

Telstra Business Women's Awards ambassador Holly Kramer said she was excited about the high standard of entrants, despite the tough economic times.

"We have received entries of an exceptionally high standard this year and these finalists represent some truly inspirational and talented South Australian business women.''

Since Jodi joined the company in 2003, she has been involved in most areas of the business, and watched it grow from $700k annual turnover to over $5 million.

Passionate about learning and leading her staff, Jodi actively participates in mentoring and is always looking for ways to encourage and recognise outstanding performance.

She’s of the belief that if you're not exposed to new things then you won’t ever know if you're being left behind – which is particularly true of her conversations with her children!

Jodi is a mother of two teenage children as well as holding her position with AMP and attributes motherhood to giving her the extra drive to succeed in her career allowing her to take on anything thrown her way.
